Booking Policies
No Check in or Check Out on the 25th of December (Christmas Day), 31st of December (NYE), and 1st of January 2024 (New Year's Day).
18% GST is applicable and additional on the above rates. Per Night Basis Rates. Double Occupancy.

Anopura has a limited inventory of private villa residences and experiences a number of
queries. Blocking of reservation dates are first come, first serve basis through our reservations office and exclusive global travel partners.
Confirmation of bookings are only processed on completion of invoice payment formalities.
Cancellations
Upto 45 days before guest arrival - 90% refund. (10% administrative fee)
Between 30-45 days of guest arrival – 50% refund
Within 30 days of guest arrival – No refund
Amendments
More than 30 days before the arrival date - 15% retention charge.
15-30 days before the arrival date - 40% retention charge.
Less than 15 days before arrival - 100% retention charge.
Occupancy Terms
Check-In – 1400 Hours and Check-Out – 1100 Hours.
Food and Drink
All our menus are inspired by the freshness of our surroundings – pure, clean and slow!
Food ingredients are picked from the farm, and menus are made seasonally.
For those guests with all meals as a part of their stay, the daily changing farm-to-table menu is available as a part of the stay.
For Khet Niwas Villas – We offer breakfast as a part of the stay. Meals are served on an ala carte basis at our dining pavilion and alfresco farm restaurant.
Guests seeking meal supplements in addition.
Lunch – INR 2000 + Taxes per guest,
Dinner – INR 2500 + Taxes per guest,
High Tea – INR 1500 + Taxes per guest.
Children (6-12) – INR 1500 + Taxes per guest per meal.
We also have a menu of specials and farm dining that comes at an additional charge.

Safari
Anopura runs an exclusive wilderness drive that covers beautiful countryside, exquisite landscape, magical picnic spots, beautiful birds and some great leopard sightings subject to nature and luck.
For an exclusive jeep that fits 04 guests, there is a fee of INR 20000 per safari, with taxes additional.
For prior bookings at the accommodation reservations stage, we do offer an advance reduced fee to encourage advance blocking of our safari calendar.
We also recommend you book in advance, to ensure you get a slot, as we only operate. One jeep that is guided by our Head Ranger and Safari Specialist.
Spa & Wellness
We do offer massage and yoga within the estate. On prior notice, we also offer wellness diets and programmes for the rejuvenation of the mind, soul and body.
