Check-In – 1400 Hours and Check-Out – 1100 Hours.

Booking with Us

• No Check in or Check Out on 25th Christmas, 31st NYE, and 1st New Year Day

• 18% GST is applicable and additional on the above rates. Per Night Basis Rates

• Single / Double Occupancy rates are the same

• We welcome children of all ages. However, all guests travelling with children are requested to keep them under adult supervision at all times as we are situated in a wilderness area

• A maximum of two children aged 8 or under will be accommodated without any extra charges

• Children over the age of 8 shall incur an additional occupancy charge of INR 3000 + taxes inclusive of extra bed and breakfast.

• Adults 18 + shall incur an additional occupancy charge of INR 4000 + taxes inclusive of extra bed and breakfast.

• Christmas (December 25th) Mandatory Charge – INR 6000 + taxes per head.

• New Years Eve Mandatory Charge – INR 6000 + taxes per head.

Reservations

• Anopura has a limited inventory of private villa residences and experiences a number of queries

• Blocking of reservation dates on a first come, first serve basis through our reservations office and exclusive global travel partners.

• Confirmation of bookings is only processed on completion of invoice payment formalities

Amendments

More than 30 days before the arrival date - 15% retention charge. 

15-30 days before the arrival date -  40% retention charge. 

Less than 15 days before arrival - 100% retention charge.​

Cancellations

Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival can claim 90% refund. 

A 10% administrative fee is applicable to any confirmed booking. 

Cancellations made after 45 days prior to arrival - No refund.

Flexibility

We understand the need to be flexible during these times, and we wish you to book with confidence. 

For all bookings made for dates during 2023 except Christmas – New Year (20th December to 10th Jan), we do allow a one-time change of dates if we receive information 30 days prior to the arrival date. 

This is applicable only for fully paid bookings (100% advance) in our system.

Force Majeure

Anopura, Jaipur shall not be liable for any cancellation, modification, or refund arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, civil unrest, strikes, or any other event that may cause the website or the resort to be unavailable or inaccessible.

Anopura, Jaipur shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by you or any other party as a result of a cancelled reservation or any changes to the cancellation policy, except as expressly provided in the cancellation policy in effect at the time of the reservation.
